Aims:

Support and supervise the different phases of the retrofitting of vernacular buildings in your communes: Administrative, financial and technical aspects.

Dominique Farhi (Architect), Pascale Quillet - CALD (Council for improvement of habitat in the Drôme region), Jean-Christophe Fluhr (Building energy engineer)

Program:

· Presentation of a project of retrofitting of a municipal rental house by the CALD, the architect and the client from three different angles.

   o Subsidies and financial aspects of the project,

   o Technical aspects of the renovation

   o Testimonial of the client (mayor of the commune)

· Presentation of the renovation of an isolated mountain holiday cottage from

   o Energy engineering aspects

   o Building energy code restrictions

· Round table on the topic of energy efficient retrofitting
